I have in my hands the latest release from the well known Greek company YS Masterpieces, that depicts the general Ioannis Makriyiannis in the Hellenic Revolutionary Era. The kit constists of 9 parts (including a nice base) cast in high quality grey resin. The sculpting is very good as usual and the parts have a pop up detail with minimal moulding lines. The Box Art by Danilo Cartacci is awesome reference as well as the A4 colour leaflet presenting the painting bust all the way around. The fit of the parts is very good and the use of putty will be minimal. The facial characteristics are very close to those of the General himself, as the figure was based on a painting of the Era. Highly recommended!
