Completed Hellene Major 1974-54mm conversion

    Hello guys,
    I 've just finished the painting of a 54mm conversion made by a friend (John Karousis),
    it represents the Hellene Major and commander of the 1st Commando Squadron Georgios Papameletiou who he and his men fought in 1974 in Cyprus defending the airport of Nicosia from the Turks.
    The airport did not fell.
    A subject very different, maibe strange and sure very Greek for the most of you but very emotional for most of us, hope you like it.
