Maybe someone can help me out here.
Did the officers of the camel grenadier guards also carry the letters GG on their sleeve?
Did the sergeants also carry the chevrons bellow the GG letters?
Any ohter partuclar information regarding this uniform will be very hepful.

Thanks a lot for your help.

Dear Onira, I have had a look through some of my books for you.

The GG for Grenadiers Guards is correct. These were often done out in the field though so will vary. Don't give the pugaree (the cloth band) around the helemet a red stripe, as the was the Life Guards, not the Grenadiers...

    I hope this helps.

The Guards Camel Corps was one of four Regiments Heavy, Light, Guards, & Mounted Infantry. The Guards C.C consisted of the Grenadier Guards GG. Coldstream Guards CG, and Scots Guards SG. I also believe they had an attachment of a company of RMLI.
The GG< CG< & SG were used to Identify the three regiments. Rank Chevrons would have been worn on the sleeve below.
I have been unable to find anything about officers in this kit,
