Greek Revolutionary Army 1821 (armatolos)

    Hallo to all members,this is my new sculpture and represence a Greek rebellion fighter against the Turks at 1821 revolution war , fighting on the Greek mountains.I used A+B and duro putty as always, i wait for your comments...

    Stunnin' work, I like the figure a lot. To me though, he looks more like a turk than a greek.

    Babis hello ! As always, your job is superb and the subject unique.

    A simple advise to anyone wishes to paint this miniature : do not use green colour in the clothes, as it was the Prophet's colour and the Christians under the Ottoman occupation did n't use it !

    GREAT work on a really important theme for the greek history !!!! Sculpting on details is magnificent and the character and attitude of the figure is the biggest asset !!! My best congratulations segnior !!!

    The figure is 65mm, and will be released in white metal from Athens Miniatures Company in about 20 days .
