Dimitris it is nicely painted.
I don't like the use off decals. You can see that you used the decal because is cracked and because of that there are some white lines in it. Further you see in the middle of the decal that there are airbubbles under it. If you paint the decal over it maybe looks better.
In my opinion you can better draw this face then use a decal.
