Just felt I had to mention the great after sales service I received from two companys recently.
El Greco miniatures here in the UK replaced some missing parts from a Michael Roberts kits from the US inside a week!
Also, M Models in Poland shipped some missing parts to me very quickly and hassle-free.
Finding that your kit isn't complete is always a bit of a bummer but when replacements are had with so little to-do, its not really a problem at all. A great example of customer care - Thanks very much

Thats nice to hear Clinton. I'd just like to add Historex Agents to your list.
I had a part missing from my mounted Bavarian Reiter kit and they were very prompt in sending out a replacement.

I've had outstanding service from Historex over the years as well. I live in Western Canada, and it's typical for me to order a figure on a Sunday night and have it in my mailbox by the next Monday (7days) with standard postage.
