    Hi All,

finally I have been able to finnish theis figure.

Here are the product I used to create this scene

    Figure by Alpine
    Head by Hornet
    Tree trunk by Grey Funnelline
    Mushrooms by Joefix
    Leaves by Plusmodel
    Long gras by Joefix
Soil was Magic Sculp mixed with pigments
    Base by DCM

As always all was painted using acrylics, inks and pigments.
I would love to hear what you think of this little scene.
    Thanks for watching

    Cheers,

    Gino.

Hi Gino, VERY good work, agree with Jay on this one, the dirt and grubby/unwashed clothing is very well done and the whole figure is full of character, with splendid ground work.

    Thanks for posting,

    Hi Gino,

Very nice figure and I love the base, very imaginative.

If I can make one suggestion it would be to fill in the area behind the Brass name plate, right now it looks like it's floating around. Maybe using a bit of Magic sculpt and cutting it off square with the name plate, once painted Black it would anchor it to the rest.

    Cheers.

Nice job Gino. The weathering and groundwork are top notch. I really like this figure. I converted mine for the top hat sniper and me thinks I'll probably do another variation once i find the ideal setting.

    Really very Nice Gino.
Did you use inks and washes for the weathering on the lower edges of his jacket?

Looks superb. Right balance of effect and texture.

Thumbs up ( to Gino "I don't need no steenking premixed paint by numbers set!":D:D;))

    Cheers

PS: The base, groundwork, and colour scheme all come together for your piece. Hard work paid off!
