Lt. Rackow was awarded 1916 with the "Pour le Merite", for his unit captured Fort Voux on June 2, 1916 as part of the battle of Verdun.



Rackow survived the war and died on October 6, 1923 due to an accident.

I've just prepared the Russian officer i bought from you at Euro.The thought that went into how this figure fits together is truly amazing and with minimal clean up to do i had him ready for priming tout suite!!!

I'm quick at preparing figures but not so quick when it comes to painting them,but this fella will be up next after i finish painting a bust.I also like the fact that your figures are diverse,so there's something for everybodys taste.
