Diego has sent me the finished German Leutenant he has painted. He also sculpted this figure for Seil Miniatures and is available through them in kit form.

Superb! This is really beautiful! The equipment is excellent - I've never seen anyone do that style of backpack before. The face is terrific!

Actually I was very anxious to take some pictures and the figure is still lacking some details in the bayonet and the cord of the whistle in his left hand.
The backpack is the cloth version of the 1914 model as he is a leutenant in 1917, their shoulder boards concealed by feldgrau cloth.

I like the pose (above all the angle of the legs) and how such heavy overcoat wraps the figure. That old style look is really appropiate, very nice figure.
