French tank officer 1940

    Thanks for looking.
    My latest WIP, a Bodi French tank crewman in 1/35.
    The head has been replaced with a smoking Hornet spare with a ADV kepi just to make him uber french (in my opinion anyway).

    Now with added moustache.
    Not sure if this isn't a step to far towards comedy onions and a bicycle territory.

    And apologies to those who liked my mk1 head. I've trimmed his moustache to make him a little more General De Gaule and a little less officer Crabtree.

    With his head now on my normal 3rd attempt, I've built a base from the bits box.
    Resin cobblestones and a plaster pavement edge.

    Agreed with Bob, the leather jacket, boots & gaiters look great. The dusty cobblestone base sets the figure off well.
