    Great painting Tony.(y)
Colors of the helmet and the uniform looks like the real.
The mud on the coat looks very great.

    Cheers.

Tony, Again, I am impressed with how you move thru each phase, documenting what you've accomplished, and end up with an excellent piece of miniature art.

Although WW1 is not really an area of interest for me, I will take another look at these figures the next time I'm at a show, based on your recommendation, and on what you have rendered with this piece.

Congratulations on another outstanding miniature, and thanks once again for sharing it with us.

    Best regards, my friend!!

    Hi Tony!

Nice finish on this, the contrast between the uniform and the mud is particularly good

    Hi Don,

Thanks for your very generous comments mate. I enjoy the process of doing an SBS as I paint a figure. Apart from allowing me to get feedback on my progress and make changes before it's too late, I get so much encouragement and inspiration from the comments of fellow Planeteers. As you say, WW1 isn't really your period of interest, but these Jon Smith figures are exceptionally good quality and worth a try.
