Completed Critique French marin, winter 1870-71

    Hello all! Another my conversion of JMD figure (original Garde mobile), and another french marin. But, for once, I depicted marin from Franco-prussian war.
    It`s sad, but I found some annoying mistakes in uniform after the end of the work. I made a marin with colonial infantry`s belt and trousers.

    I liked a facial expression in particular.
    The painting of accessories is also nice.

    Snow was made from baking soda, mixed with PVA glue and white acrylic paint. Melting areas were made by tincturing wet mass with black ink, diluted by water. Tnen snow was covered by glance lacquer.
