For the first time started with a mounted figure. This french hussar is a very nice figure. But the challence for me is the horse. I've never done this. It's done in acryl with the most done by airbrush. Finetuning by brush. Still lot of things to do.

For a first-off this is very well done. Painting a horse in acrylics is IMHO not a mean feat.

(Glad you left the khaki clad subjects for once... )

Hi Marc, Yeah,I know why. I hope I can finish this one the next few weeks. But there is still a lot to do. especially on the horse and the coat of the hussar. But it has been a lot of fun up to now.

how the heck anyone could ride a horse, let alone into battle balancing all that on their head is beyond me.
