    Hi all,

here's my latest. It's a 1/16 Bust I picked up in Chicago last year. This was meant to be a quick weekend paint. Alas several weeks later we have the finished product. I had the option to choose multiple color schemes but decided on yellow! What was I thinking? The color is of the 105th Line Infantry from the Rousseau Plates. It was the hardest color I've ever painted. The size may have had something to do with it as I usually paint 54MM.

    It's painted in acrylics.

All comments welcome. I wish I took better pictures!

Man, you did a bang up job here Mike (y)!

That's what I discovered in working yellows, you must build up the tones in numerous layers. That's a beautiful piece, and someday I'd like to see it in person!

Great piece Mike! The colour harmony is super! I agree, yellow is not easy to paint but you did an awesome job. Everything works together very well!(y)

Beautifull work, but difficult to see the brightness of the colors. (pictures are rather dark)
