Completed Critique French Dromedary Regiment in Egypt

    Hello,

    I present you my next painted figure and for now my last one for this year 2016.
    It is the "famous" 75 mm French Dromedary Regiment in Egypt, produced by RPModels.
    It is a piece with a lot of details to paint.
    I have a suggestion for all the 299 other collectors who want to paint it, don't place the dromedary on one feet. It is to weak!

    Nice work good to see it painted up , I thought there was a metal pin in the leg ? I presume you pinned all legs for stability .

    Hi Nap, thanks for comments. No, there is no pin. I have drilling a pin in the front leg and a pin the rear leg to the base.
    I have no FB yet, perhaps in the new year...;)

    Ben, great job on this!
    The camel is very realistically painted and very nice idea to simulate the dust effect on the base.
    Your reference pictures are much appreciated as I am waiting the postman to bring me this kit. :)

    What a great figure and subject I have this one in my grey army, your work on this is superb , very nicey painted , i particularly like the colours of the camel very realistic
