Hello folks, i've finished the helmet tonight, still need to work on the mane on top of it and add the metal round star like shape on either side of it.

I've layed the green base for the coat just to have an overall idea on the looks.
I am using Napoleonic green from Andrea.

Almost finished, still working on details.
I've added the metal star like shapes on either side of the helmet, they are meant to hold the chin straps which actualy are hidden inside of it as per the illustration.
I also clipped off the original cartridge box and repositioned a slightly higher, modified the straps to make it look like the ones holding the cartridge box on the illustration, the wore slightly different than the regular infantry.
    Cheers 20150507_211450.jpg 20150507_211502.jpg 20150507_211511.jpg

Nice work on the details Daniel. The green of the coat turned out well... always a challenging colour.

    Carry on mate

That is looking like a great little figure Daniel.
The way that you have worked the light and shade is first class on these pieces.
    All the best,

    Thanks Mike and Keith!
I like the fact that on these little fellas you can push the lights and shadows stronger than the bigger scale figures.
