Been a while since I posted some work!
Finished this diorama a few months ago and here are some pictures.
Most of the figures are from Resicast, swapped the heads with ones from Hornet. All figures painted with Vallejo and AK 3gen acrylics.

Really excellent work, Rob. There's a lot of detail all over to keep the eye moving. Very well done!

Cheers, Ski.

Brilliant, what a stunning diorama, there is so much to see and all in so very well done, love it.

Cheers Simon

Brilliant work! I love the Resicast stuff, you did a great job on the gun, lorry and figures but the setting and storytelling really makes this. The attention to detail on the equipment and groundwork is fabulous. A really good diorama, I hope you are proud of this because you should be!

Beautifully done Rob, you have created a fantastic scene here with all the elements involved and the level of painting.
Cheers
Steve

Excellent work on this compact, yet very busy diorama.
Everywhere you look there's something new to see and admire.
Very, very well done.

Cheers,
Andrew

Totally agree .....just spent about 20 minutes looking at every area , very well presented and painted

Do consider supporting the competitions...there’s a specific Diorama one as well ...see link below

A real pleasure to see the artwork

Looking forward to seeing more ...a VBench would be great to follow

Have fun @ the bench

I was Shocked at first as it raised question my head like - "Why didn't the troops take down the crucified man" and what was the importance of him in the dio? but can not take away the Superb work on it.

If I may ...it’s depicting a crucifix with Jesus often seen at roadsides ......not a real man ...the use of it highlights the comment made at the crucifixion of “Forgive them Father ...they know not what they do”
......that’s my interpretation of the piece

As you say a superb work
