    Hi!

First post of my own work, but long time lurker!
Here is my new figure/vedgie in the works!

The figure is from Alpine, with a Hornet head, and the backdrop is a piece of Dragons Jagdpz. IV with some small additions. Tristar suspension, MIG burned out wheels, Friul tracks and so on.

First a picture of the general layout.

Here is the more or less finished base for the figure, and the figure on the way. The basic colours have been painted on the figure, and the timeconsuming feathering and details is to come! He is so far painted with vallejo, and will continue to be painted with vallejo. :)

The painting of the base was great fun, and I got to try out new technics like hairspraychipping, how to make slushlike snow and how to paint a burned out vehicle. The painting is done with vallejo and lifecolour acrylics and some abteilung oils.

Great "vedgie";) Doesn't look too un-natural, great weathering and snow.

    Well done.

Thank you for all the comments!

I have managed to get some more work done on the figure, but the pictures are not the best. They were taken in a hurry, and the settings were a bit off!

The pants are more or less finished and ready for some weathering and stains. The jacket is still in progress, and I find it difficult to get the shadows the way i want them and still make the prominent enough. I am grateful for all tips! :)

The details that still needs refining are the belt, the collar, the glows and the helmet. The face is still in its early state.

But enough words, here are the pictures.

    Hi!

Here are a couple of pictures of my finished figure. The pictures arent the best, but you get the idea! :) Hope some of you get to see it in person at the show in Mosonmagyarovar in April.

I know the colours of the uniform is of, I painted it with the boxart as inspiration, but I think they look quite good!
