Arriving in a unique sturdy black cardboard box that as you opened the box it unfolded. The parts were sandwiched between layers of foam to protect them during shipping.

The above photo shows the base in the center and each figure bagged separately to prevent loss during shipment.

Conclusion:
A fantastic kit for Best Soldiers first 54mm release. Sculpting is beautiful in the folds and equipment as we would expect from Alan Ball. Some clean-up as you saw will be needed prior to painting. Overall an excellent kit and I would highly recommend this for anyone interest in American History and Native Americans.
