Hi Marc, really well done. If I can, only one advice. Why not painting the plants too with more homogeneous tones ? And another thing is about your pics, now you have a new pc, give a chance to some photoshop like program to experiment with backgrounds.

I like the figure too, good paint job but the flower in the foreground is not good. In my opinion its to big and the colour is not good.

Nice job. I like the atmosphere you have created with his figure. I also think the flower in the foreground might be a little overdone, but it might be the angle of the picture. Keep up the great work.

    Stefan,

Thanks for you comment. The plant's are natural. (dried plants).
As many time's the color is different than in the picture's. And the plant is not big, just about 1,5 cm high. I think the perspective of the picture gives a wrong idee of the hight of the plant.

    Marc.

Thanks for your note's. Yes, it is the angle of the picture. With other worths the frogperspective.
In that kind of position everything in front of the lens is gonna look bigger than it is.
Just like you take a picture of a human from the legs to the head. Give's a nice picture.
In the future i shall try not to do this anymore.

    Thanks.

I enjoy seeing your growth from the first figure you posted to this figure. It is an amazing growth in your talents and you will be a force to reckon with in competitions in shows to come. Keep up the great work Marc.

Marc, as I said before, your getting better and better, look at all the positive responses. ;)

As far as painting like me, I thank you for the compliment , but I consider myself an average painter.

    Cheers.
    Roc. :)
