The Roman Centurion bust is finished for all intents and purposes with just the normal touch-ups and signing the back. I really enjoyed this bust and would reccomend it to anyone. Excellent casting.

Guy,

WWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW

What an amazing paintwork on this wonderfull bust. I really enjoyed your SBS on this one, but the final is even better.
Great work. Another for a front place in your display.

Guy....I just checked out the set of pictures....they look great.
The face looks really good behind those cheek plates...it's surprising how much of it you can still see.

Great job.

Roy.

I think that is one of the best peices that I have seen from you, Guy. Your photo skills have picked up, too. Makes for a really nice effect.

As always, your selection of bases is top notch, too.

Hi Guy,

That's an awesome piece of work. The man looks alive. Guess dudes like this one were the reason some legionaires adopted the motto "Strenght and Honor", this guy spells it out. Good work my friend.

Francis :)

Guy,
Fantastic. If that's not some of your best work, in my opinion, it's definitely in the team picture. He looks like he can talk  !

Thanks for the feedback guys.......I really appreciate it. When I got this bust 2 weeks ago, it begged to be painted. One of Young's best to date.

Thanks again

Hi Guy,
That looks wonderful. Makes me want to buy one :)
I especially like that you did the steel helmet a bit tarnished rather than all shiny and new looking.
If I remember correctly, the pedestal looked like it was turned aluminum in the first post I saw on this figure but it looked like it was resin in your postings. Is that correct?
Thanks for the great pics.
Congratulations.
Craig

Thanks for the kind words guys........much appreciated.

Craig. - The pedestal is resin and if I could suggest anything to Young is to replace it with alum or brass. The resin makes it very fragile.

Guy, superb piece! I can't wait to see this one in "the flesh"!

Brandy, WHAT'S UP?!!! Hows the new digs? Email me!
