    Gentlemen,
Here are a few of the projects I am "struggling " with these days.
I have a bad habit of starting a new figure every few weeks :(
The result is being overwhelmed by the "in progress work".
A couple Pegaso figures, Wolf bust and Pancho Villa.

    Thanks Guys :)
    Luca,
I paint metal (both iron/steel and brass/coppers) with printers inks.
Since they are made with natural pigments its almost like painting with what you are trying to represent ;)
I start with very dark brass (Amazon) which I make by adding either black or dark brown to the gold colour ink then I will gently highlite it with pure gold. It will give it the antique brass look at the end.
Similar process works very well on knights armour except you use black and silver inks in different proportions to achive a similar effect of that wornout old metal.
    Cheers,
    A.
