This is the guy who will be facing the two 30mm figs posted previously...hence the arrows in him. Flesh in oils with acrylic washes..the rest is acrylic. The arrows are stretched sprue...with the ends squeezed with grips to represent the flights..just got his hand to finish... All figures are Andrea Miniatures..and this guy is 54mm.

    Hey Peppa'

First of all, the photographs are just beautiful, and really show off what
lovely detail and colour combinations you are able to execute in such a small
scale. As I look at the images, I have to remind myself that this figure is
only 54mm. I love all the subtle tonal variety in your painting; and of course,
as we all know, with Fantasy figures, there are not rules as to what colour
choices you make. And I'll use the way you've painted his (her?) cape just
as one example of all the tonal variation in your style. So much fun to look
at. Since ahma' so old, I won't allow myself to feel that Kermit the Frog
"green" with envy. . . kinda' feeling. No Jayhawk in his right mind would
allow his gord to go there. I'll just say bravo, and thanks for the
    images.

I can't wait to see the photos of how the base, with the figures, will bring
all the elements together. Wow. (y)(y)(y)

Oh I love the look of this guy, his skin toning is great, nice and dark and dirty, the touches with the arrows will set it off nicely. Looking good.

I am even more eager to see this project complete now, the beast looks excellent, you definitely have a talent with the fantasy pieces.
The greens of the flesh are just fantastic and the overall dark appearance of him make shim more menacing, just great !!!
