Check out this link for sculpting faces & facial expressions. I believe it's probably a larger scale figure. Regardless of size, it looks very helpful.

John, Neat. Another resource to tuck into those file folders. I have an article Wayne did on sculpting likenesses. Though it's directed at garage kit builders, it gave some interesting pointers on ways to achieve a likeness.~Gary

I first knew Wayne the Dane as a regular writer in KITBUILDERS, a garage kit magazine whose editor is a certain ...Gordy.

Months afterwards, when I checked in this here site, I thought it was the same Gordy. IT WAS NOT! Still I cannot say I was disappointed. Quite the contrary.

Like many others in the garage kit world, Wayne is a colourful character as shown in this excerpt from his bio: "A four year veteran of the navy and a Vietnam Vet, Wayne saw lots of anatomy as an "on-the-job-trained" medic at Naval Station Hospital in Danang, Vietnam as a Triage ER worker tending war casualties."

Wayne's sculpting style can be describe as... exuberant. A refreshing change from our own 'historical' figure domain which can be so stuffy at times.

    Thanks, John, for the heads-up.

Wonderful resource! I printed out a set for my "Figures" notebook.
