Evening planeteers! Hope everyone's projects are progressing nicely.
I've always been a fan of David Grieve's work, and it was the highlight of Euro Militaire every year for me to see his new releases. Needless to day, I was very excited to see that he is back, operating again under the DF Grieve models label and has released the first two subjects in a 1/9th resin bust collection for the Waterloo period. When I saw these two beauties I had to have them!

When the kits were dispatched I received a personal email from David to advise they were on the way, which I thought was a nice touch. Unfortunately, when the package arrived, having only travelled from one end of Sussex to the other, it looked like a gorilla had been let loose on it, ripped it open and in consequence one of the kits was missing. A quick email to David confirmed that the package should have contained two kits, and he immediately offered to resend the missing one to me. He hen kept in regular email contact to ensure everything arrived in good order.

I think that David Grieve fully deserves to have his excellent customer service highlighted. David was a pleasure to deal with throughout and I can highly recommend his new busts to anyone with an interest in the Napoleonic British army.

Regards, Pete
