This is one of several new releases to come from very talented hands of Sergey Traviansky Menelay of Evolution Miniatures.


It represents a U.S.Marine BAR Gunner form WW2. The figure is 1\32nd in scale and cast in five light grey resin parts. All parts care contained in a poly zip bag and the box has some very nice colour painting which helps serve towards a painting guide.


A close inspection of the kit parts shows an outstanding level of clean sharp detail, the casting quality and level of detail is among some of the best that I have seen in this small scale. There are small casting mould blocks to remove on each kit part and a minimal clean-up of the area; the main torso will need the large block at the feet carefully sawn off and cleaned away, apart from that there is no sign of any other preparation work needed before painting.

Conclusion:


Another outstanding release and fine addition to the growing range of figures from this company. Will look great painted up by itself or added to other figures in this range. Exception quality in both detail and casting with very minimal clean-up of parts.
