    Hi all..this my second thread in planetfigure..

    just try my first sculpting a likeness in sculpey

    still working in his hand, body and face..it still WIP anyway, if any of you have suggetion and comment please let me know..thank you:)

    Looks like him. One thing I would suggest and that I have found very helpful is to use sculpey dilutant and a paint brush to soften the edges left by the sculpting tools. His arms look a wee but thin to me as well and you can use the dilutant and brush to add material and to smooth/feather it onto the sculpt, even after baking. I think it would help with smoothing the upper torso as well.

    Just a suggestion in case you haven't tried that method.

    If you can't find the sculpey dilutant, I think you can use mineral oil or vegetable oil. Test it on a piece of excess sculpey first.
