    To end the year we will be running 2 x 6 week long comps this being the second from 16/11/22 to 31/12/22

    Enter your model into this months STANDARD class ( Closes Midnight BST 31/12/22 )

    Members to decide which class to enter but Admin can move after consulting

    Max of 1 full image with up to 5 additional thumbnails ( members can click on to view larger )

    Note: ONLY FOR ENTRIES not COMMENTS

    Please take the time to add some details to include:
    Title
    Manufacturer
    Scale
    Materials ( paints etc ) used
    Conversion details if applicable

    Hello, here is my entry.

    Here is my entry for your kind consideration:

    British Army Rifleman, 95th Rifles Regiment, Napoleonic Wars

    Scale: 1:6 scale
    Headsculpt: DiD, customised with mohair whigging, eyes and skintones repainted with Vallejo acrylics, weathered with Tamiya Weathering Masters.
    Body: DiD Advanced Body Slim Version
    Uniform: DiD modified with pewter 95th Rifles Regiment buttons by Tony Barton, scratchbuilt tunic back extension, and resewn pants for a tighter fit. Weathered with acrylic paint and paste.
    Leather straps and ammunition pouches: Scratchbuilt to scale size with specifications based on Pierre Turner's Soldiers' Accoutrements of the British Army 1750-1900. Tunic and trousers were embellished with weathered fabric patches.
    Baker Rifle: Resin and pewter castings by Tony Barton, painted with Vallejo acrylics, with scratchbuilt leather strap weathered with acrylic paints and weathering pencils.
    Sword bayonet and scabbard: Sword hilt pewter casting by Tony Barton, with scratchbuilt scabbard. Paintworks in acrylic and enamel washes.
    Haversack: Scratchbuilt from garbardine fabric, weathered with Vallejo and craftpaint acrylics.
    Canteen: Modified resin casting by Tony Barton, painted with Vallejo acrylics, with scratchbuilt leather strap weathered with acrylic paints and weathering pencils. Handpainted numbers and letterings in acrylic paint.
    Boots & Gaiters: DiD
    Backpack, Blanket roll & Messtin cover: Scratchbuilt to scale size with specifications based on Pierre Turner's Soldiers' Accoutrements of the British Army 1750-1900. Made out of garberdine, felt, leather straps and metal buckles and fittings. Handpainted numbers and exterior of haversack in acrylic paint.
    Diorama base: Bluefoam, airdry clay, weathered with acrylic paints and powder on wooden base

    My entry: 'Incoming Mail'
    1/35 scale full scratchbuild with aftermarket parts.
    Finished in acrylics from various manufacturers.
    Figure made from 2-part Apoxie Sculpt putty on a wire armature.
    Head from Jon Smith Modellbau.
    Hands and boots from Royal Models.
    Pigeons from Miniart.
    Pigeon basket is a 3D print from Chino Model.
    Roadside shrine and Christ figure from Historex Models.
    Tree stump from spares box.
    Vegetation from AK, Geek Game Scenics, Green Stuff World.
    Rust and moss effects from Dirty Down acrylic effects wash.
