Hey Frank!

Wanna start a support group ? Im quitting too

Lets see.....today is Wednesday.....I have quit 3 times this week I have seriously cut down on my smoking from 2 packs a day to about 6 to 10 cigarettes a day. I now only smoke outside or in the garage and that seems to help as I have to stop what I am doing, and leave the room to smoke. I now can have a pack last 3 to 4 days. better than 6 to 8 packs in the same time. Sign me up too

Congratulations guys on trying to quit smoking ,it's an unhealthy and expensive habit.we smell enough fumes from turps and paints,we surly don't need the smoke and tar from cigarettes.
I quit smoking ten years ago and feel great.
