Amazing work, I'm completely jealous :)

EDIT: Playing Devil's advocate, but does he have any scabbards? I know it's a fantasy piece so you can get away with anything, but I'm just curious.

I have to say i love this piece! The pose and armor are fantastic. It's now on the list.

    Joaquin,
I see that the scale armor is done in Duro. How did you sculpt it? Did you make some type of template and cut it out or did you stamp it out with a negative mold tool? It looks great and was just wondering how you did it.

Thanks for posting the link Joe...that is one fine little figure.
To see it painted and presented on the base is great.

    Great stuff.

    Roy.

The figure doesn't have scabbards, the elf uses his belt as a scabbard (like arab style) ;)

The armor is made scale by scale, first I put a little ball of Duro, and then I shape it with the palette (yes, it's a hard job) .

Thanks for the info on the scales. I thought you might have done them one at a time. More patience then I would ever have.It looks superb and I look forward to painting one. Plan on doing it as a Dark Elf.
