Hi all, well after a hectic time here in Christchurch have been able to do a little more modelling on the El Greco bust which I have converted into a fantasy piece. still some shading of the red "hoodie" and work on the armour etc. Also I'm not sure weather to stay with the single eye or re-do the blind one as normal. comments welcome Les

Very cool. Excellent dragon. I would stay with the blind eye.

Glad to hear that you are well Less.
What the blind eye concern: stay with it, but give it a nice light silvery off white pupil.
    That dragon is absolutely awesome.
I really like the work that you have done.

My compliments Les, for an excellent conversion. Like the fantasy theme of it -I'd go for the blind eye. Looks good!

    Keep up the good work.

We should turn a blind eye to the question?? :p;)

Couldn't help it!!! What a great conversion!! I vote for the blind eye which, combined with the dragon and the great paint job make a really neat piece!!

    Bravo!

    Thanks Kevin for your feedback.
Tormag, thanks for your comments, the sculpting was done by myself using Elgreco's great manniquin bust from their catalogue. if you look in my V-Bench you will find the WIP. cheers Les

Funny, I even posted on the sculpt. Great job on both the painting and the sculpting job... It was the padded gambeson that I really liked on the sculpt.....
