I discovered EK when I was looking at the SKU/CK site.
    https://www.planetfigure.com/threads/ck-figures.162879/

UPDATE: this is a better link for the full range: http://skw.su/index.php?route=product/category&path=84_91

This is EK's homepage... but no prices: http://www.ekcastings.fr/index.php

    EK write up:
"The first figures from EC Castings ("EK Castings") appeared in 1995. Since 1997, they entered a wide market. For 15 years, the assortment of miniatures on various historical topics has been made up of about four hundred items. Products from EK Castings are well known and are in great demand in Russia and other countries due to their high quality, historical reliability and reasonable price."

Prices are amazingly cheap on the Russian sites (eg: http://skw.su/index.php?route=product/product&path=84_91&product_id=406).

However, the postage kills it unless you're going to buy a job lot (it cost E13.50 for 3 figs worth E8 (sorry Sergey, still got to paint them up).

For larger quantities CK quoted cE30 for 150 figs to USA, so bulk definitely cheaper... club buys?

However, you can track EK down, with prices, via:
    SKU/CK main site: http://skw.su/index.php?route=common/home

    SKU/CK Marketplace: http://skw.su/index.php?route=product/category&path=84

    EK section: http://skw.su/index.php?route=product/category&path=84_80

EK busts (this one isn't on it ... yet?): http://skw.su/index.php?route=product/category&path=84_80_123

    ... but here's a nice companion piece of Alexander 1st @ E5.74: http://skw.su/index.php?route=product/product&path=84_80_123&product_id=610
