Not a bad pose at all Rene. I like it.
I think it only needs a very subtle tilt in the Pelvis and hips.
Bill Horan once mentioned that the relaxed poses are much more difficult than action poses, but I do not think you scare away from difficulties.!
Anyway, I suggest looking at Mike Good's work. He is a master of the relaxed pose IMHO.

    Cheers,
    Adrian

    thank you Adrian,

yes, I noticed relaxed poses are more difficult. Still need to cut here and there and the volume will be reduced.
    I love Mike's work.
Would be fun If I could share this one with some modelingfriends in time, this was also a challenge for me to get this first right, seperate parts when put together present the figure.

    I use this picture:

    the second from the right.

Why sculpt the figure partly separated?
It is easier to carve and cut in full at the end.

I was not sure about this Gérard, I have bad experience with cutting afterwards.
But I know what you mean. I think I will make some holes in the parts that garantee the right fit.

so much like the tumbnail function, you can watch your figure as if it were 1/35 :)

Hello my Friend, good to see you working on a full figure :) looks very promising !
some tips from me, I think he is leaning forward too much, the center of gravity is not right, should be backwards, seems like the rifle is maintaining him from falling which should not be the case, in the picture the left leg is holding the body weight while the right leg is forward, also i think his torso is leaning to his left side, the right arm is higher than the left, also fore arms are a bit longer that they should, if you inforce this points I bet it will improve!
hope this helps my friend, cheers!

    I'll sort it out Antonio.
But I like the thought of him leaning on the rifle.

    is this strange?
