    I really don't know what words to use to express my admiration and joy when seing these pictures.You have even gone to the trouble of recreating the hamon on the blades.Hats off to you sir and please take the time to put this up for june's figure of the month.I'll definitely vote for it.

    This is actually the best version of this samurai which I have ever seen.

    On another note, after a lot of reading and discussing with other people interested in the same subject, it is very likely that some japanese mail was lacquered in black.
