Silo is okay, but there hasn't been any development on it for a couple of years and nevercenter closed their user forums a couple of months ago.

Daz is still doing hexagon for free - http://www.daz3d.com/products/hexagon/hexagon-what-is-hexagon, and there's always blender. I've just downloaded sculptris (also free) to play with - http://www.pixologic.com/sculptris/ - and I'm hoping to have more success with it than zbrush (I bought it a few versions back when it wasn't quite so expensive)

Wow, Silo looks like a great tool. The price is ridiculously good, but I still can't afford it at this time. As soon as I can, I will be buying it, even if it goes back up to 59 dollars. Thanks for bringing this app to my attention.

No worries I have no idea how this stuffs works but if it helps you guys out more power to it
