    Alaaaaaaaarm!

With this joyful cry, I invite you to my next WIP thread. As I will have to wait a while for the last two Magnificent, I decided to paint this beautiful double-bust.
    I like this scene:

Now I can also have it on the shelf:

Great cast, great quality. And it's hand-carved! Mujin has cool ideas and a good hand. An ARTIST.

    Enjoy.

Thank you guys for all kind words!

After cleaning all the parts and washing them, I assembled the whole on a stand using plasticine.

Due to the fact that both figures are joined together, the chiaroscuro marked itself. After disassembly, it will now be easier to paint them with the sketch in mind. P2220501.JPG P2220500.JPG

    Cheers.

    Everyone's invited!

All parts in their starting positions.

    I started with hydroacoustic.

I do not have any paints dedicated to painting Kriegsmarine uniforms, so I use the grays I have available. Wet blended.

    Hello, gents!
I had to repaint. The gray was not appropriate. Colleagues from the modelwork forum presented appropriate receipts, which indicated that the color used in KM could be well known and liked - feldgrau. Fortunately, I have one in the rack, it was still from the time when I painted the German panzers.

Now, I think I can go forward.
