Hi Pfer's,

This is my current sculpting project called 'The Bugler'. He's going to part of new title to a series of busts named 'Gunner's of Burma'.
1/9th scale, sculpted in a couple of different polymer clays.

Thanks for looking,
Chris :)

Hi Chris

Great to see the putty being pushed about .......it's not even finished and its instantly known , love the face ....another winner for sure

"Gunners of Burma" ...Wonder if we might see a "Gloria"

Look forward to updates

Happy benchtime

Thank you very much Malcolm, you're making me blush. Way more talented people than me on on this rock. Happy New Year :)

There are a lot of very talented sculptors out there you're right, but to create a good likeness of someone takes a special talent.

Finished up beautifully Chris. :)
So good to see you continue to focus on natural subjects, which this little guy is as real as can be achieved. A special personality which you’ve captured to a tee! A craftsmanship you should be very proud of mate.
Like touch adding his bugle & that sunhelmet cries out as potential for another project I have in mind too ;-)
Thanks for sharing mate.

Thanks again Mike, glad you like my version of Lofty.
Sun helmet is an inspiration for another project of yours? Do tell ;)
