Perhaps it's time for a final push to get this finished. It seemed to get forgotten about among all the flat projects underway.

Cheers Kev. I must admit I've been tempted by some of the busts you've put on ebay in the past few months but have resisted..... until this one is finished anyway.

    Hi Roger,
I am not too sure about the subject/sculpt but your brushwork has moved up a gear or three from your last 3D subject.
It would be folly for me to pick out a specific feature that I like here as it all looks first class but the pickelhaube and face are fabulous.
    Very well done Mate,
    Keith

Thanks Keith. This is my first try at a 3D figure with oils perhaps that's it.

    Good job Roger.
Try to take the picture with less noise in the background so that the work is more clear.

Thanks Paulo, it was just a quick photo on the bench when I decided I needed to start work on it again, the next ones will have a plain background. (y)

Ha - why do you paint round figures ? Do not you have more flat characters?

Looks good - why I do not have to?

:ROFLMAO: Sorry Hendryk, there is plenty of flat figures to paint I just wanted to try oils on a round figure just to see what all the fuss was about. :D
