Can you believe the gall of this low-life?! I was lucky enough to recently win the Teutonic Knight 75mm from Pegaso, then I see this ebay listing, recast in resin! My blood boils and want to make sure Ebay are alerted (not that I think they care too much!)

    Clinton,

If you look back through PF you will see that this is the same guy/company that everyone has been talking about. It is quite a shame they can get away with it.

You know, the thing to do with this lowlife, is simply bomb him with emails telling him what an absolute A-hole he is. Maybe he will tire of the abuse, and simply go away, but I somehow doubt it.....

What this clown is doing is pure theft.

I know EBay seems to get knocked when theives sell casting ripoffs, but in all fairness to them, how could they possibly stay on top of the literally millions of auctions running at any particular point in time? It's impossible and not realistic. IMO, it's up to the figure community to essentially police themselves.

Barry, I don't know if I agree in whole to what you are saying irt ebay.

Ebay is famous(infamous?) for casting a blind eye towards counterfeit stuff, and yet, if you look, you will see that their policy towards Natzi memorabilia and anything with a swastika is absolute zero.
They, in essence, turn a blind eye towards any issue they deem as too hard to negotiate, or, if that issue would mean a loss of income to them, once more, they look the other way.

So, in essence, ebay says they are willing to sell stolen items.(recasting is stealing). They have been notified of this person, and refuse to act.
Who is worse, the thief, or the fence?

I sent this guy an e-mail yesterday asking him if he realized what he is doing is illegal, and have no reply from him yet.

I dont use ebay often, and I did search for a section on ebay site to post this piracy activity, but couldnt find anything.
