    That may be so but Microsoft got all the answers on this one and a picture to back it up :D
    Also which uniform it is , don't know of any Kurtka uniform in green , but then again with this guy anything was possible

    Hi Ron

    I've checked through and Gros' painting definitely shows him in green. I've also seen a picture of the same Conrad plate in the net showing it in green. I'd for for green myself.

    Well Huw I suppose as this is a painting of the king of Naples a green polish lancer style jacket could be right as his army were in green .
