Great looking Cont. Marine Joe! Please discuss how you achieved the green on the coat. It really looks great. I am having some problems in getting my greens to look flat. Would appreciate you sharing how you achieved the green color on the Continental Marine. The face is awesome!

    Hey guys,

Thanks very much for the kind words. I really appreciate it. I will be more than glad to let you know how I painted the green. It is like all of my work..very,very simple!

Base: Napl. Green (A) + a tad of black (V)
High: Base + more Napl. Green
    Higher:Napl. Green
A little higher: Napl. Green + Olive Green (A)
Highest: add a touch of Deep Yellow to the last highlight

    Shadow: Base + black
    Deepest:black

    Pascal,
He was painted in acrylics except for the flesh. Nice to see you here. :)

    Guy, John and Anders,

I will see you guys on Saturday. Thanks Anders on the whites.

    Hey Joe!

What mixes do you use for the whites? I see the vest and the pants are different. Would love to hear the mix as I am getting ready to paint some white.

Looking forward to see you again!
