Nice figures and scenery, but the interaction of the figures doesn't look "right." Seems unlikely the guy in front would have his back turned to an enemy in such close quarters firing arrows.

I agree with Jason. The presence of the Indian bowman completely throws the entire scene - he's way too close in to the other figures. What works in a contemporary 2D painting here doesn't transpose very well at all into a 3D vignette. A third Conquistador figure would have worked MUCH better (if it even needs a third standing figure).

It's a great idea. Both the Conquistadors and the base look good, and it's a kit I would consider buying. But the Indian bowman would be destined for the spares box.

I don't think it would take very much work on the archer to suggest a bowman who has given up on the idea of firing his bow given the proximity of the swordsman or is hurrying to load another arrow, the figures in the part painted box art seem to suggest this.
Does anyone else think there might be some mileage in releasing the cast jungle plants as a separate product?

Looks fine to me. It's a snap shot capturing a moment in time, people don't always do the sensible thing in the heat of melee combat, there's a load of reasons for him to have turned around not least arrogant confidence in the strength of his armour/faith as proof against the "savages" I reckon it's a lovely bit of kit myself (y)
