New paintjob in progress; horse is almost finished and waiting for your comments.
Great start Paul.
I love the pose, what scale is it.
Can hardly wait for the next installment.
Looks very nice indeed.
Great colouring on the horse, very subtle.
Is this a Metal Modeles figure? The Hussar Colonel in Elite Company uniform?
Great painting ,surly can only be oils
Better pictures here:
That is some really nice brush work Paul.
Very subtle painting Paul.
Excellent painting Paul, everything is outstanding so far.
Question: what did you use for the silver on the shabraque
Simply titanium white and lamp black, in various proportions.
Wow!!! Amazing work. I enjoyed each step. Very inspiring. Thanks for sharing.
Wonderful paintwork Paul!
Really like that silver lining.
Very nice indeed
Beautiful paintjob , i wish i could paint a horse as great as you do.
The animal skin of the shabraque is very well done, very natural, not too orange. Perhaps a run thru on how you achived this... I have a similar situation on my bench and hope it turns out half as well as yours. If you could shed a little light on your technique that would be a great help.
The whole horse and furnishings looks great!
