I am calling this done I think. I may touch up a few bits and pieces here and there before Chicago and after I base him. Not much though. Time to move on to another project I think.

I based my piece on Rigo's plate and and the portrait of Colbert. I was pretty happy with it. Wouldn't you know that 10 minutes after posting my finished model, I found a photo of his actual chapska on a French discussion board. Minor differnces. But I console myself knowing that every other commercial representation of this subject has the same issues

Hope I can arrange Chicago again this year. Last year was my first time and it was a blast.
