Another scarlet uniform jobbie, this time Col. Edmund Munro played by Maurice Roeves in the film "Last of the Mohicans". Purchased from Mitches MM.
This bust is from the Seven Years War period in British History before American Independence and when British troops were fighting the French on the East Coast of North America/Canada.
The film is based on the fighting around Fort William Henry in 1757 which was commanded by Lt. Col. George Monro of the 35th Regt. of Foot (The Prince of Orange's Own Regt.)



One piece bust which is nice, just the usual trimming up before a wash and prime.




Painted the face with my favorite Artist's Oils.

Watched film this morning, well fast forwarded it to the relevant bit to get the right colours.
Painted the main base colours in and changed his wig colour as per film, dirty not white powered.



Still the lacing base and the cross sash to block in later.
