Here we go with this new project. Bare horse from French sculptor Eisenbach, bit of Historex and fair amount of scratch.

I must say you have chosen a very difficult and complicated project. Horse looks great; looking forward to seeing the rider and drums. I'll be following with great interest.

If my memory is good, in this version (and in 54mm) one was produced by Borin's Miniatures, but it's quite hard to find !

Some more work on the horse, saddlery, etc.

Very fine work with the reins and other stuff, clever solution, perfectly executed. A real lesson for me, very useful.

Do you make your own tiny chains for the harness work?

Yes.
The 1mm wide reins are cut in a lead foil, while the « chasse mouches » are made of flattened 0.25mm soldering wire.
