    Hi Jason,
    what a beauty! One of the best painted mounted figure in 54mm I have ever seen. I saved pics of this to motivation folder on my computer:) Wonderful flesh tones on the horse, unbelievable details (veins, eyes and so on) an the figure itself is a masterpiece. Gold embroidery is wonderfuly realistic (what technique did you use?).

    It looks perfect. All parts are painted with passion, I think. Figure face, equipments, horse, groundwork...well, perfect.

    Robert - for the gold lace, I used a "non-metallic metallic" approach. Its a combo of various yellow, orange and brown vallejo tones.
