Brilliant in both senses of the word! I have been impressed by your dazzling whites in earlier busts -- very dramatic. My granddaughter suggests that you saturated a normal pic, but I suspect that it would make the result as chalky as my painting when i try this. Can you give us the secret to your whites, if you have not already done so?
Mike, Phillip, Daniel, Gells, Keith, Marc, Hendryk, Ken, Thanks for your comments. Phillip, the photos aren't saturated. Only I have done is more shadow the give more realistic effect to the original model. I paint with Humbrol enamels and use for white black and tan as basic. 1/1/1/ white/black/tan. Then when it is a little bit dry I use more white in thin layers. Excuse me for my bad English... Ben
