Hello everyone!
I have the pleasure to present one of my latest works.
Captain, 9th Bn. Prussian Train, 1915.
It 'a painting of a figure of the catalog Model Cellar.
I made some minor changes from the starting kit to make my subject.
The figure modeled by Mike Good is very good and it was great fun to paint it.
On my blog The Thin Red Line I published an article on the comprehensive research and development of this figure. As usual it's only in Italian, but with the plug in the top right of Google translate, you can also read it in English.

My Field Grey
The base color is made with Andrea Color Confederate gray, AC Russian khaki, Dark Flesh and Black Vallejo.
I added for light colors AC Confederate gray, Silver Gray and Dark Flesh Vallejo.
For dark, AC Russian khaki and Black Vallejo.
As tone to even out the steps I used AC Russian Khaki.

These are the only photos I have available. No picture perfect (I had done too quickly) , but at the moment I can not do them again because the figure is now part of a private collection.
However if there is a chance I will re photos.
It is always a great pleasure to have the figures so beautiful and interesting to paint!
