It's already an old one in the series Young has produced. But I like it stil.

Started with the face last week and put some energy in his helmet and cover.
Helmet is only there for the pose. The face needs still some adjustments on the eyebraws, cheeks and beard. Hope you like the result so far.

The helmet is very well done! Quite educational in terms of how to give camo fabric that touch of textile.

This is the very bust I kick-started my figure painting journey with. Liked it a lot myself!

That has got to be the best painted camo helmet cover I've seen.

Definately have to agree with the other guys, that camo cover is awesome, looks just like fabric. The few touch ups to the face will bring him into line nicely.

    The cool fresh tone.
The CAMO pattern of the helmet is also wonderful.
    Excellent start!
I'm looking forward to passage and completion.

You’re doing a great job on this one! I painted him a year or so ago, in fact it was my first bust , it didn’t come out anywhere as good as your though.
